Divide the money up between the 5 stocks, hold on to them, and usually, 2-3 out of the 5 stocks will rise dramatically at some point, you sell, and you make great profits. Post-opening buying:

Let's say a stock rises 5 percent or more during the opening and there's no news about it. Typically, the stock will fall off after 30 minutes of trading. Why? Market makers may be trying to open the stock at an artificially high price to sell off excess inventory they've acquired the day before. However, if the stock doesn't fall after 30 minutes of trading, it's liable to continue rising for the rest of the day. Tactic: Buy at 1/16 above the day's high after the opening. Set a stop at 1/16 below the day's low.

Post-opening selling:

The opposite of the above strategy. When a stock opens lower on no news, it could be that sell orders from nervous investors have piled up since the close of trading the day' before. Sometimes market makers open the stock artificially low, to draw in more panic sellers. This allows them to accumulate shares, because market makers as a rule buy on price declines and sell on price increases. After 30 minutes, the stock usually recovers in price and normal trading begins. The market makers profit by selling the inventory they've accumulated at the lower price. However, if the stock continues to drift lower after 30 minutes, chances are it'll decline more during the course of the day. Tactic: Sell short at 1/16 below the low of the day; set a stop at 1/16 above the day's high.

Heartland Oil & Gas Corp. is a company that we have been following closely for several months, and our analysts feel that now may be an opportune time to pick up a few shares for a substantial ROI.  Heartland Oil and Gas Corp. (OTC BB: HTOG) is an oil and gas exploration and production company and a subsidiary of Universal Property Development and Acquisition Corporation (OTC BB: UPDA). On September 27, 2004 Heartland completed the acquisition of the Forest City Basin and Bourbon Arch assets from Evergreen Resources, Inc. for a purchase price of $22 million. The Forest City Basin assets consisted of all of Evergreen Resources, Inc.’s interest in all its oil and gas leases covering an aggregate of approximately 766,000 acres located in the State of Kansas, together with 60 well bores and all surface equipment, gathering and surface facilities and all geological, engineering, land and accounting data and records pertaining to these leases and assets.  Prior to its acquisition of the assets from Evergreen Resources, Heartland had interests in leases covering approximately 252,000 acres in central Kansas (the “Soldier Creek project”). Heartland owns 100% of the working interest in all of these leases with a net revenue interest of approximately 85%.  In recent news, the company posted further revenue gains.  Their Texas Natural Gas Production exceeded $220k in the month of May.  In addition, they are receiving updated speculative buy recommendations from Beacon Equity research and are currently seeing institution/private funding so they can proceed with the 300 Well Drilling Program.  As oil & gas prices continue to soar, energy companies are poised to reap in windfall profits, therefore resulting in strong shareholder profits.  The stock jumped nearly 60%, the spread is virtually non-existent which wouldn't take much positive movement to turn a profit, and the volume is at a health 314 Million shares.  This is a prime energy penny stock to have in you portfolio.

Heartland Oil and Gas Corp. (OTCBB: HTOG - News) (FWB: HOCA) has achieved another milestone as it continues to expand the production from its oil and gas properties, posting revenues in excess of $220,000 from its natural gas fields in Texas. Combined with its expanding coalbed methane production in Kansas, Heartland posted total natural gas sales of more than $330,000 in May.

With the completion of its nearly 4 mile pipeline expansion project and the subsequent connection of 12 additional wells in Kansas, Heartland expects to double its coalbed methane production. This accomplishment will also allow Heartland to accelerate its efforts to further expand its natural gas production in Texas in the next phase of its well improvement plans directed at the 5 Barnett Shale wells Heartland has completed in Palo Pinto County. As previously reported, those improvements will include the installation of a salt water disposal well and connection to a low pressure natural gas sales line.

“With natural gas prices projected to continue their escalation, these additional production increases should result in exponential revenue growth,” remarked Heartland Spokesman Jack Baker. “In light of the many obstacles we have encountered as we have pursued our business plan, including the tightening credit markets, soaring oil field service and supply prices and inclement weather, the undeniable success we are now achieving is most satisfying. These successes should translate into expanding shareholder value, the ultimate goal of every public company.”

SpaceDev, Inc. (OTC BB:SPDV.OB - News) announced today that it provided a wide array of hardware and instruments for the Phoenix Lander that successfully landed on Mars' north arctic plane Sunday, May 25th at 4:53 pm PDT. SpaceDev mechanical systems on the spacecraft included 16 devices supporting the Microscopy, Electrochemistry and Conductivity Analyzer (MECA) instrument, eight actuators on the Thermal Evolved Gas Analyzer (TEGA) instrument, two actuators deploying the solar arrays, two actuators pointing the Stereo Surface Imager (SSI) camera, and three actuators on the robotic arm. All in all, more than 30 SpaceDev devices are now on the surface of Mars supporting the Phoenix spacecraft.
